Nov 2007 - I have found no record of the death of John Henry in NSW or SA. He was buried about 1878 in South Australia - probably. According to Lindsay Keatch, John Henry Sandford had nephews Jeff & Jack Sandford (first cousin to Roy Sandford - son of John Telegraph Sandford). Jack Sandford is buried at Menindee NSW and Jeff Sandford is buried at Tibooburra NSW. Their parents are buried in Broken Hill NSW.
